Bhakti Yoga

Makra Sankranti is also a day of transition of our Bhakti-from Sadhna Bhakti to Bhava Bhakti to prema Bhakti. We have to keep a close watch on this transition.

Bhakti is so sweet that to relish it Bhagawan Himself becomesa bhakta.

Japa yogis are actually bhakti yogis, performing the sacrifice of the Hare Krishna maha-mantra, offering it as the japa sacrifice.

To become a Bhakti-yogi, do the austerity of chanting in early morning hours. This is art of living.

Bhakta is the soul. Bhagavan is Radha Krishna. They are linked through bhakti.

So once we get the bhakti lata bija, we want to make sure that the bija doesn’t remain just a bija- a seed all the time. That seed has to sprout. From the seed comes the seedling and then it has to grow in the land, becomes a bush before it turns into a tree and finally you could pick up some fruits of love of Godhead.
