Holy Names

The world kirtana comes from kirti, meaning glorification. We glorify the Lord by singing His divine names.

We are very fortunate to have received this human form of life after Srila Prabhupada, who founded ISKCON and fulfilled the mission of caitanya Mahaprabhu by spreading the Holy Names across the world, as directed by Brahma to Narada Muni.

Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu says – I have Filled a sagar (Ocean of Bliss) in a gagar (Single Pot) as holy names.

Our padayatris are engaged in preaching every day of the year. Are you ready to wholeheartedly propagate the holy name to all? You will need to strengthen the intensity of your determination.

Kaliyuga appears repeatedly in cycles, and each time it comes, the Lord has ordained that the only method to attain Him is through the chanting of the holy name.

The Lord’s name is His form. The name will take you to the form, which is Krsna. in this way the Lord’s name is the Lord Himself.

Attraction to Krsna, or His holy names kicks out the temptation to break the regulative principles.

We access Krsna’s power and mercy through the holy name.

The holy name can give you anything and everything.

Out of love, Krsna comes to this world in the form of His holy name, making Himself easily accessible.
