This Is The Challenge
Knowledge will do its part if it is cultivated properly: knowledge will reward a person with humility.
The Duality
It is already day and night, rich and poor, man and woman, you go on adding. There is a big list of dvandva, duality of this material existence. And on top of that, we add one more: his disciple, my disciple, your disciple, this guru, that guru. This is yet another dimension of duality.
The Only Duty
I and mine. In these four syllables there is the whole Maya: aham and mama. My house, my wealth, my family, if nothing, then my dog. But our kartavya (only duty) is Hari Kirtanam.
The Enjoyer
In this world the conditioned soul wants to exploit, takes the position of “purusha”, the enjoyer, and wants to imitate Krishna. But what is at the top becomes the bottom in this material existence.
